波密的桃花沟也称作“波堆桃花沟”。波密位于雅鲁藏布江东岸，波堆藏布是雅鲁藏布的二级支流。在波堆藏布江河谷，绵延30公里的桃色景观带伴着藏布江水，一年只有几十天才可相见。

Bomi’s peach blossom canyon is also called “Bodui peach blossom canyon”. Bomi is located at the east bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River, and Bodui Zangbo is the grade two tributary of the Yarlung Zangbo River. In the river valley of Bodui Zangbo River, peach blossom scenery zone extending for 30km with Zangbo River water can only be seen in dozens of days in one year.

在每年的三月底，漫山的野桃花在雪山做衬的白色画布下舒展整个冬季的情绪，肆意地争相登场。

In the end of March, wild peach blossoms all over mountains stretch the whole winter’s emotion on a white canvas made of snow mountains, competing for appearing on the stage arbitrarily.

桃花十里，散发独属于藏地的香气。这里的桃花没有似水柔情的江南做嫁衣，而是看似狂野的雪山冰川将桃花温柔地拥入怀里。

Peach blossoms of 5km smell pleasant, belonging to Tibet only. Peach blossoms here do not have tender bottom drawers of regions south of the Yangtze River, but seemingly wild snow mountains and ice rivers embrace peach blossoms mildly.

Tibet’s “Little Region South of the Yangtze River”

喜马拉雅山脉、念青唐古拉山脉和横断山脉，

对林芝形成了合抱之势，特殊的地形及巨大的海拔落差造就了林芝“一山有四季，十里不同天”。

Himalayas, Nyainqentanglha Range and Hengduan Mountains embrace Nyingchi, and special terrain and huge elevation falls have made Nyingchi have “four seasons in one mountain and different skies within 5km”.

西藏的“小江南”，也因此而得名。

Tibet’s “little region south of the Yangtze Rive” is Nyingchi’s another name.

“南迦巴瓦峰” 中国最美山峰

“Nnamjagbarwa Peak” is the most beautiful peak in China.

旅途中，我们难免被各种“最美”晃瞎了眼。

In the trip, it is easy to be puzzled by every “the most beautiful thing”.

这个“最美”，却不是那个“蕞美”。

This “the most beautiful thing” is not that “the most beautiful thing”.

《中国国家地理》曾将它列为：中国十大最美山峰的第一名。

Chinese National Geography ever listed it as the first among ten the most beautiful peaks.

但事实上，不是每一次站在她面前，都有机会看到南迦巴瓦峰的真容。

However, in fact, not every time you stand before it can you see the real look of Nnamjagbarwa Peak.

常年缭绕四周的云雾，让它成为名符其实的“羞女峰”。

Clouds and fog around it throughout the year make it become a “shy girl peak”.

她有一副囊中羞涩的性格，偶尔施展浑身绝技，你一个转身，回眸再见，她又不知道躲到哪里去..

She is shy and sometimes shows her unique skills. If you turn around and back, you will not know where she hides.

Pilgrimage · Potala · Jokhang Temple

如果说布达拉宫是西藏的心脏，那么大昭寺就是拉萨的心脏。

If the Potala Palace is the heart of Tibet, Jokhang Temple is the heart of Lhasa.

关于朝圣，我们的旅行设计师是这样描述的—

在苯日神山附近，我们总能见到朝拜的藏民们，他们几人成队，或是一人独行。

About a pilgrimage, our travel designer describes as: Near Benri Mountain, we can always see Tibetans doing the pilgrimage, and they from a team or one goes alone.

There is a pure sky before my eyes because the pure degree has been beyond my knowing.

上午：

Afternoon:

飞抵林芝，我们将从米林机场。乘车前往嘎拉桃花村，漫山遍野的桃花映衬着背后的雪山，透过桃花观看南迦巴瓦峰，让我想到了那句话：江南没有雪山，瑞士没有桃花，只有西藏林芝，雪山映衬桃花。

We arrive in Nyingchi from Milin Airport and then go to Gala Peach Blossom Village by cars. We will see Nnamjagbarwa Peak through peach blossoms all over the mountain with a snow mountain background. In regions south of the Yangtze River, there is no snow mountain, and in Switzerland, there is no peach blossom, while in Nyingchi, Tibet there are snow mountains setting off peach blossoms.

沿着雅鲁藏布江驶向色季拉山口，圣洁的雪山、奔流的江水、还有那些山脚岸边的桃花，不断转换的景色在眼下形成了巨大反差，应接不暇。这，就是我们与林芝桃花的初次见面。

在翻越色季拉山口的途中，你将近距离接触雪山。如果运气好，还有机会在色季拉山口眺望南迦巴瓦峰。

Driving to Shergyla Mountain Pass along the the Yarlung Zangbo River, we can see holy and pure snow mountains, running river water and peach blossoms at river banks near the mountain foot. Different scenery forms huge contrasts before eyes having too much scenery to watch. This is the first time we meet Nyingchi peach blossoms. During going over the Shergyla Mountain Pass, we will contact the snow mountain closely. If we are lucky, we can see Nnamjagbarwa Peak at Shergyla Mountain Pass.

Noon:

翻过色季拉山口，鲁朗林海即将登场。我们将在山脚下的鲁朗小镇品尝著名的鲁朗石锅鸡。

After going over the Shergyla Mountain Pass, we will see Roulans Forest Sea. We will taste famous Roulans stone pot chicken in a little Roulans town at the mountain foot.

下午：

Afternoon:

古乡湖，帕隆藏布江流经古香村处形成的一个堰塞湖。虽地处318国道旁边，却有着深山之中的幽静感。

We will see Guxiang Lake, a barrier lake formed by Palong Zangbo River flowing through Guxiang Village. Although it is near National Highway 318, there is a peaceful sensation in the mountain.
